We are thrilled to share that we’ve successfully completed the piling for a single storey extension. Over the past two days, our skilled team carried out structural calculations, installed eight piles each 4 meters deep, and expertly fitted the required steel and concrete. During our work, we encountered an unexpected challenge – a previously undetected drain on the site. Identifying this drain was very important, as it helped avoid potential future complications, earning praise from both the building inspector and the builder for our diligent work.
